How To Export Device Data On Sigfox Backend
Pre-requisite
-Log in credentials on Sigfox backend
Note: Once log in on Sigfox backend you will see the User Interface as shown below.
To get started follow the steps by step guide below.
1.You may select the "DEVICE".
2. Search and input the device ID of the device’s that you would like to export the data/messages.
3. Select the Device ID.
4. Once the device ID has been selected you will be redirected to the device information, after that you may select MESSAGES.
5. Click the CSV icon on the upper right corner.
6. After clicking the CSV icon, you can now select / filter the attributes (data) that you would like to be exported such as data, time stamp, etc.
7. Tick All (limited to 50,000 entries).
8. Finally you can now click Export, once export has been clicked, the exported CSV file will be sent to your email.
9. And start downloading the CSV file by clicking the link as shown below.
