Sigfox Device Troubleshooting Guide

Basic Troubleshooting a Sigfox Device

If the unit has not been transmitting it could be on of the following issues:


1.  The device is in a non covered area.

      Bring the device in a covered area. You may check using the Thinxtra Coverage Map.

○      Remove the batteries and put them back to force the first transmission.



2.  The device has depleted batteries.

      Try to replace the batteries on this device or recharge a device using a different charging cable.



3.  The device could be faulty.


      If none of the above fixed the issue, please send an email to support@thinxtra.com and provide us with the device information for remote investigation and a potential RMA/Replacement.
